Healer and energy-led coach Lynn Jackson’s individually tailored private retreats are designed to bring positive change - whether you want improvements in your health, relationships, finances, career, or simply wish to move beyond self-limiting beliefs. They take place in a range of lovely properties in West Sussex, everything is curated around you, your needs and your objectives, from your programme to the length of your retreat. Lynn also offers online retreats.

Experiences
Your schedule is carefully tailored after a consultation with Lynn, who personally curates your programme and oversees your stay from start to finish. She will visit you daily for energy work, healing and meditation, and her extended therapy team can also support and deepen your healing journey.
Lynn has been a practising healer for 25 years, working with both physical and emotional issues. In person and online, her healing sessions are designed to gently access and dissolve energetic blocks, and build inner resilience and a healthy sense of self-worth, to catalyse meaningful transformation from the inside out.
Lynn’s coaching is energy-based and combines metaphysical counselling with somatic psychotherapy to achieve dynamic and soul-centred solutions that empower you to empower yourself. This approach imbues a calm sense of clarity and conscious awareness that engenders powerful inner growth and transformation.
Other holistic therapies and practices are also arranged for you, depending on your needs. These are given by Lynn’s team of skilled bodywork therapists and teachers and can include massage, reflexology, yoga, sound healing and somatic trauma release.
You are encouraged to rest and relax between sessions, and enjoy the restorative power of nature with gentle walks, swimming or forest bathing. Undertake self-enquiry projects such as journaling and meditative art, or work through the personal development books provided.
Spaces
Choose your accommodation from a range of comfortable coastal and countryside havens in West Sussex. There are plenty of options available, and Lynn will be happy to guide you.
Hunker down in a cosy rural lodge or cottage, or indulge in a luxurious beach house. Soak in an outdoor tub under the stars.
All sessions take place in your retreat residence, so there is no need to leave your cocoon. All have comfortable seating areas to accommodate the talking aspects of the sessions, and adequate space for therapy couches and yoga mats.
All properties are heated to provide a warm and pleasant backdrop for bodywork sessions, and are professionally cleaned and managed.
Day retreats take place in a private and tranquil rural setting just outside Chichester.
Sustenance
All accommodation offers good kitchen facilities, and you are very welcome to self-cater.
Alternatively, Lynn can provide a catered option with a breakfast hamper, fresh soup and salad lunches, and dinners from award-winning caterer Pow Food. A wide variety of chef-prepared ready meals is designed to support gut health, energy and immune function, with vegan, flexitarian and dairy-free options available.
Examples include vegan beetroot and fennel soup, creamy mushroom and tofu pasta bake or golden Goan fish curry. Savour vegan mango and lime mousse or gluten-free pear frangipani.
Filtered water is provided, and you are encouraged to limit your use of sugar and caffeine.
Alcohol is prohibited during your retreat and is also best avoided for 24 hours before and after, as energy work and alcohol can often be a combustible combination.
