The Wild Times – Europe

Italy and Sweden

Rejuvenating yoga retreats that blend rest, play, exploration and flow in glorious nature

Seasoned yoga teacher Jenny Clark meticulously orchestrates her retreats to bridge connections between people and the great outdoors. Come to reconnect with the wild and rejuvenate in nature, unhindered by modern technology, on gorgeous retreats in the hills of Italy and the wilds of Sweden. Enjoy an eclectic mix of vinyasa yoga, yoga nidra, meditation, wild swimming, walking in glorious untouched nature and nurturing workshops. Return home refreshed and renewed.

Queen of Retreats says:

‘These retreats are all about 'Dolce Far Niente' – the sweetness of doing nothing. This is one of Jenny’s favourite phrases - encapsulating the Italian philosophy of delicious idleness. Although there is plenty to do, the idea is to drift aimlessly, embracing nature is your only task. Where better to do that than the rolling hills of Sabina, with its ancient olive groves and medieval hilltop towns , or an intimate yoga community and retreat centre in the middle of the Swedish forest where the moose remains king?’
