Set on a verdant 3000-acre estate near the pretty market town of Skipton in the Yorkshire Dales, and at a stylish, steeped-in-history venue in Cumbria near the Lake District, Elevation Barn retreats for individuals, families and corporates will help you smash through limiting boundaries, identify your ambition and harness your power. Led by CEO and founder Will Travis, a branding expert who has propelled some big-name brands to success, specifically curated groups take part in carefully orchestrated workshops, countryside hikes and yoga. Afterwards, you’ll join an ‘elevated’ community.

Elevation Barn Retreats
Group and private retreats in the UK take place at two countryside estates in the north - Casterton Grange Estate in Kirkby Lonsdale, Cumbria, and at Broughton Sanctuary near Skipton on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales.
At both venues curated groups will take time away from distractions to reflect and focus on dreams and ambitions that may fallen by the wayside. You’ll go through a results-driven process to build your personal brand and propel you to the best version of yourself.
Led by Elevation Barn founder Will Travis, you’ll explore connection, celebration, exploration and action.
Elevate Retreat, Casterton Grange Estate, Cumbria
Based on the River Lune between the Yorkshire Dales and the Lake District, Casterton Grange at Kirkby Lonsdale is the base for this retreat. The Victorian mansion, with a striking pink hue exterior, is surrounded by ornate terraces, manicured gardens and magical countryside.
As well as morning reflection time, workshops, talks and deep discussions, there will be country walks and time to get to know your fellow ‘elevators’. All properties have been refurbished to a high standard, and each has its own hot tub. Rooms combine a classic style with refined, modern comforts. Menus change, depending on season, but all pivot on healthy eating and drinking.

Elevate Retreat, Broughton Sanctuary, Yorkshire
Broughton Estate near Skipton on the outskirts of the Yorkshire Dales is made up of the main house, Broughton Hall, and 19 beautiful retreat cottages. As well as workshops and talks, you can enjoy morning strolls through the woods, while a longer hill walk is rewarded with a cold-water plunge and a woodland sauna.
Spend your downtime at The Avalon Wellbeing Centre, home to the Pool Suite, a PT studio, a relaxation lounge with comfy seating and treatment areas. Meditate in the characterful chapel and absorb yourself in nature – you have meadows, moorland, woodlands, reservoirs and meandering rivers on your doorstep. In-house chefs provide wholesome, mostly plant-based meals.

Elevation Barn
Elevation Barn retreats offer you the opportunity to find and fuel what matters most to you. Four-day group retreats elevate six carefully selected people at a time and take place several times a year in Cumbria and Yorkshire in the UK; at a tropical oasis in Bali; in an old manor house in New York in the USA; on a sophisticated, elegant farm near Sydney, Australia; and on a wine farm near Cape Town, South Africa. These retreats are also available privately for business or family groups of up to 10.
