New Codes For Living online programme for women seeking inner and outer change
The Arrigo Programme’s New Codes for Living is a supportive online programme that honours the age-old tradition of women’s circles. This highly affordable six-month programme allows women access to the work and wisdom of biodynamic psychotherapist Fiona Arrigo and her circle of insightful speakers. Gather online monthly to share, learn and support, and make monumental changes to your own life - and the world.
Queen of Retreats says:
‘This is for women, of all ages, who are open to a deeper exploration of life and how the world moves to a more heart connected and sustainable future. The sessions are profound and always uplifting, and while this virtual course is an affordable way to experience Fiona’s work and low in cost, it’s high in impact’
Experiences
New Codes for Living is a commitment to personal action as you look at Fiona’s suggested codes: trust, resilience, reclaiming, courage, self-awareness, grace, authenticity, beauty, discernment, impact, loyalty and spaciousness. You will decondition yourself from old beliefs and ways of being.
Gather one Saturday a month, from 10am to 12.30pm, for a live session with Fiona and a guest speaker. Expect intimate breakout rooms, created for self-enquiry, sharing and journaling in smaller groups. Recordings are available in the online portal for those unable to join.
An optional Tuesday evening support group every fortnight is a supportive space where you can come together and share anything that may have come up for you. Once a month there is Conscious Cinema, where you watch a spiritual, environmental or inspiring film, with discussion afterwards.
Space and Sustenance
Plan ahead so you’re free for Saturday mornings and Tuesday meetings. Recordings of the Saturday talks are available afterwards but you are encouraged to join the live sessions.
Have an energetically peaceful space where you really drop in and take part in sessions privately without being overheard. A candle and perhaps some flowers will create a calm ambience. Remember to turn off phone and laptop notifications.
Have water to drink and a journal nearby – nuggets of wisdom will pop up when you least expect them so best get them down in writing.
