Queen of Retreats says:
‘In Japan, practising meditation in a hallowed temple surrounded by majestic, forested mountains creates an unforgettable reverence for nature and spiritual practice. You’ll also get to experience life as a bona fide Kyoto yogi with a yoga class at a local studio. The Mongolian yoga retreat is more physically demanding than most; you’ll need to be fit and healthy. Its remoteness makes it a de facto digital detox’
