Horseriding with herders on a yoga retreat in Mongolia with Reclaim Yourself

Jane Dunford writes:

I loved meeting local herder Jagaa and his six-year-old son Jackar on my yoga adventure in Mongolia with Reclaim Yourself Retreats. They took us out horseriding on their semi-wild horses in the Khan Khentii protected area, and we met some of the rest of the family in their ger home. It felt a privilege to be with these people, who live so in tune with nature, and to learn about traditional nomadic life, now sadly threatened by the challenges of climate change.
